The Delta gets pretty tough for me for largies in the winter. On the other hand, if youre just lookin to get out of Wisonsin for a while and get your lined stretched, December can be a great month for stripers. If you havent fished for em before, theyre a blast. Barrack fishes for em with a lot of the same techniques youd use on largies. Book him for a December striper trip. Ive done it myself and highly recommend it.
