Thanks to both…the seller said he didnt have the MSO and he is in a non-title state. I have the TX paperwork in front of me but I dont see where the seller needs to sign. I guess he would sign the MSOs… Bear Looking forward to taking pictures of the boat to post

Bama96 – was your boat the sweet Puma in silver metal flake with the Yamaha 250…that I should have bought? If it was that was one of the nicest boats I have ever seen. Bad timing though. Just moved to San Antonio with family in GA and trying to build new home and such…I kick myself daily for missing that boat.
