I had 2 loose rivets in the bow light socket so I drilled them all out and pulled it up. Turns out it was a 20 year old crimp job that was loose. A little solder and shrink wrap and by gosh I have working lights. I guess I was trying to make the job too hard as usual. Thank you BCB for trying to lead me in the right direction.
