kirk is a great guy, i have seen this boat in person and it is VERY clean..

i measure the prop shaft centerline in relation to the pad on the boat. Used a straight edge (level) extended back towards the motor. From what ive read on here i thought that 8 was low so thats why i started moving it up. I havent seen a noticeable change other than maybe a bit faster out of the hole with it lower.
