I had problems with the pro sport chargers also. They were alwarys good to work and honored their product. They will stand behind their product. Give them a call.

Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left until it stops then force it a little further. Turn the wheel the other direction and repeat. This should tighten it up a little bit. Repeat as necessary.

I use it all of the time. Any of the 3M products seem to work well. If you spill a can of pop it simplifies cleaning it up along with red clay. It takes about two cans to do a Pantera Classic.
