No rain and no water over the bow. Ive heard that about the bow though, and thought it was strange how it started acting up when I was cranking on the winch. Now Im wondering if it was the cowl switch. I let someone else drive the boat, and when they slowed down they just dropped the throttle suddenly and let water come in over the transom. I usually back it off gradually to keep water from coming over.
