I was on da bend monday evening and tuesday morning. The evening bite was great on chug bugs. The morning bite was not quite as good but the size of the fish averaged a little better also caught a few fish on red eye shad. If you got a little wind dont be scared to throw a chug bug in the middle of the day also go back in the small pockets with water at 5 to 6 ft. deep still some good fish hanging in the backs of the creeks and pockets. Lots of small bream in the backs of these areas spawning. I was fishing from the alpine flats to the north side of the mouth of palo gaucho bayou. Smart choice on the mickey ds tour. hey if you hadnt ever fished saline/larto complex you really should the bite is soon to be awesome!!!!!!!!!! The water is falling and in about another week get ready. The sac-a-lait never stopped biting even with high water.

Once again great job and congradulations to Kevin and Billy. Its great to see BCB getting so much publicity on the B.A.S.S. website with the guys at the top. Makes me really happy and proud for BCB and the guys on the trail working hard to do their very best. Once again proud to be back in the BassCat Family. Well finally sold my boat to a great guy who will make a great member of the Bass Cat family. He had actually never heard of BCB and has been looking for a boat for about 6 months so he had looked at several brands of boats. He was very impressed with the boat and its ride. Just thought it showed what kind of boat BCB builds I mean this guy really studied everything before he made a decision and seems to be very proud of the he made.

Thanks guys for your comments. By the way had some of the other competitors really checking my boat. So I was glad to show them all the unique features and craftsmanship BassCat puts in there boats. They were all very impressed hopefully some future BassCat owners. The one thing they didnt ask about was its performance but they didnt have to because they all got passed.

Well Phil they might do just that. But us Saints fans will enjoy the ride as long as it last! Just glad to see them doing so well. I hope the Saints and the Colts make to the Super Bowl and hopefully the Saints will give them the same performance they give the Patriots. While the Saints have been blowing away teams the Colts have barely been winning but still a good team.
