As you can see it has flipping insert, it comes with lock-r-bar. The Steering replacement and complete brake system replacement cost around 1500 for both total.

I have a 2004 Pantera Classic for sale I posted it on here when I thought about sells it in 2009 just never could bring myself to sell it then.
