Im struggling with same problem getting on trailer with 4 blade renegade. I have had some luck playing with trim and feathering throttle to get RPMs up. If I dont feather it then it bogs down and dies but if I s-l-o-w-l-y increase and play with trim I have found the right combination twice. And when its right both times I shot forward so fast I had to shut it down before I slammed into the winch. I still cut the engine too soon and had to crank on the last two feet.Seems like there is too much friction on the bunks. Im going to try some of those teflon bunk glides.

I have a 94 pantera and it loads similar to the sabre photos, maybe a tad bit shallower. There is a roller on the center of the trailer that is in front of the wheels and that is my sweet spot. On most ramps that I use the top of that roller should be just under the water an inch or two. Deeper ramps or shallower the fender wells may change but that roller depth doesnt change much. I get the trailer in that deep then as Im loading I idle up until I feel the bow is on the roller and I stop and the boat will usually wiggle a little which is the boat settling and lining up square on that roller (wind and current can screw it up, it still wiggles but you have to start cockeyed and time the wiggle) then I power on and the boat climbs the roller then slides on the bunks. That roller is there to help you and if you have your boat on the trailer look at that roller, the boat hull is well above it. Its there to help with loading.
