Ron. My 2010 Puma FTd fits fine in the same place my 2008 Cougar did. I have the Yamaha SHO so its a lil bit longer but tis still good. You have plenty of room if you have 3 feet to spare.

My wife and I are looking at buying our first home. Its a standard 2 car garage but has a cut out in the back where a deeep freeze can be placed. I am wanting to get into a basscat puma or cougar in the near future. The realtor called me and said he measured 23ft 6 inches front the front of the garage to the back corner of that cut out. I see everyone is saying 23 ft. is the magic number but was curious if that is with the transom saver in place or is that the length with the motor down all the way with a swing away tongue. thanks Bo Petru Tight Lines and Good Fishinghttp://www.demonrods.com/

Hard to have a poll without options. But, overall Id say so. I plan on upgrading to a Puma FTD as my next boat. Who knows if/when that will be. My wife asked me why I would get a new boat in a few years when we have a nice PIV. Any thoughts on an excuse?- Chaz

A good friend of mine has one of my previous rigs.. 2010 PUMA FTD.. everything you want less the hydraulic jack plate.. Beautiful condition, low hours, always maintained. ALSO has a completely brand new torquemaster lower unit and 26 fury prop.. not because it was damaged BUT because an idiot stole the whole lower unit assembly one night. This rig is very nice! White, silver, red and black…………………………….Call Randy at 417-861-8823. Boat is located in southern missouri.
