The only thing I would worry about is being over the horse power limit for that boat.

Basscat in my opinion is the only boat to own! Ive had other brands and have been in just about everything out there and to me nothing compares! I am currently on my 2nd cat (never owned more than 1 of the others) and as soon as the current on sells will order another. Price doesnt sound to bad. Good luck!

Its not hard. I did mine with the help of my wife. Need someone to hold it while drilling holes for mounting. I also set mine in place and held it level then measure from bottom of console to floor then cut a 2×4 to set it on to help hold steady. Will also need a 4 inch hole saw to cut access hole in side for bolts. Go SLOW as to not chip fiberglass ( cover with tape ). I put a piece of thin rubber between the to contact areas to keep from squeaking. I then made some flathead screws to fill holes when I take console out. Painted them to match. Only cost involved was price of console.Any questions give me a call. 937-475-3763. Mike

Just wanted to say thanks again, couldnt have happened at a better time for me, going in for back surgery in a week. But thats not stopping me from ordering my new 2014 CougarFTD. Hope you and your granddaughter enjoy it as much as I did. If ya have any questions about anything feel free to call. Should let everyone know how the world turns, I purchased my first bass boat from Steve and now hes gone and bought one of mine. Your a great guy and maybe we will do this again in the future. ENJOY her and I know youll treat her as I did.
