I have read a lot in the last year or so while making my decision on which boat to purchase. Seems like a great group of guys and one thing I have really liked is that the company seems to be behind their product 100%. That is what made my decision for me to be honest. The company seems great, small enough to “care”, if you will, about each customer but large enough theyre not left behind by larger manufacturers who have higher budgets in the R&D field.I dont mean that in a bad way by any means, its the whole reason I chose BCB.For example, Ive seen numerous posts where customers were having problems and received calls from Rick himself. Thats not something Ive seen in other manufacturers I was considering.Purchased new 5/4/15Bass Cat Sabre Vision EliteMercury Pro XS 150MotorGuide 75lb Tour EditionHumminbird – Stock (will be changing soon I hope)

I have a switch, and an inline fuse at the back, no button on it. The switch, when turned off turns off the graphs so thats not the issue. The inline fuse is also good. there is one other wire coming off the cranking bat but I cant seem to find a fuse for it. Connections seem to be good. No slack sparking no even able to turn the connectors. And the button by the master switch not helping either. Purchased new 5/4/15Bass Cat Sabre Vision EliteMercury Pro XS 150MotorGuide 75lb Tour EditionHumminbird – Stock (will be changing soon I hope)

1 – when I change settings on one unit, it changes both (whch transducer i am currently viewing is the main issue). What do I need to do to get each units settings to be independent of each other. Ive went in and disallowed the sharing of sonor but i want to be able to see the rears side imaging on the bow. GO INTO SETTING MENU, SELECT “SONOR” AND DE-SELECT “NETWORK SONOR”. THE DI AND SI WILL STILL WORK FROM THE OTHER UNIT.2 – the units “forget” the transducer it has and I have to go back into installation and select the HDI transducer or the 83/200 traducer again after Using the other units transducer. THE PREVIOUS SETTING CORRECTED THIS PROBLEM AS WELL.3 – I have some type of interference on the front unit only when powering the trolling motor. How can I fix this? The screen either has a shade (on down imaging) or a lot of clutter on the sonor. This is not an issue at the console unit as far as I can tell anyway. SEEMS AS THOUGH THIS IS AN ON-GOING PROBLEM…NO REAL SOLUTION WILL CORRECT THEM ALL.4 – can the front unit view its down imaging on the HDI transducer and the rear units side scan at the same time or will it only allow one SS transducer to be “active” at a time?ONLY 1 UNITS STRUCTURE SCAN CAN BE ACTIVE ON ONE UNIT BUT THE FRONT CAN USE ITS HDI TRANSDUCER AND THE REAR UNIT CAN ACTIVELY BE USING THE REAR OR THE OPPOSITE BUT ONLY ONE ACTIVE STRUCTURE SCAN TRANSDUCER PER UNIT SO FAR ANYWAY5 – which settings work best for bass fishing when it comes to A-running the boat on plane B-the side scan (455 or 800 I think are the options C-the down imaging D-Sonor when fishing. 83 seems to show more returns but how wide is that “cone” vs the 200?STILL WORKING ON THIS. 800 SEEMS TO WORK BEST ON THE DOWN / SIDE IMAGING WHILE 200 SEEMS TO BE MORE ACCURATE FOR THE SONOR6 – How can I adjust the screen split (window size)? I found this in the manual but maybe its not available on the HDS 7 because I cant find the option???STILL WORKING ON…7 – Which color (and I know this will be opinion based) works best for use in sun with polorized glasses or is there something I can put on the screens to help?STILL WORKING ON8 – I cant seem to figure out how to overlay the speed / depth on customized layouts. Its default into the pre-saved screens but not when I make a custom screen. STILL WORKING ON…THIS IS NOT IN THE OVERLAY MENU…HAS TO BE SOMEWHERE…Purchased new 5/4/15Bass Cat Sabre Vision EliteMercury Pro XS 150MotorGuide 75lb Tour EditionHumminbird – Stock (will be changing soon I hope)

For future reference…This is for BOAT TITLES ONLY. I havent been able to find a list for trailer or outboard titling states but if I run across one Ill post it.Some states will require trailer titles, or outboard motor titles while others do not even title the boat. This can present a slight issue when purchasing a pre-owned boat in which you will need an MSO for the boat or trailer (in this case, the trailer) but some banks will not accept the MSO from a private seller…its a weird deal and it seems like the states would all get together and make this uniform from state to state but for some reason they dont….revenue / cost Im sure.Title States and Territories (often there are length or model year exceptions): CaliforniaDistrict of Columbia FloridaGuamIdahoIllinoisIndianaIowaKentuckyMarylandMassachusettsMichiganMinnesotaMissouriMontana N. Right now, with this strap looking the way it does, that extra peace of mind would be great.I know what youre referring to as far as the tag goes and that could be situation. The strap has small holes on one side and I can see through it…its nothing I want to take a chance on if you know what I mean…Purchased new 5/4/15Bass Cat Sabre Vision EliteMercury Pro XS 150MotorGuide 75lb Tour EditionHumminbird – Stock (will be changing soon I hope)

It seems like there would be a way to route livewell lines through the ice chest area to cool the water in the livewell somehow. It would work as long as ice is in the ice chest. It is just room for something else to go wrong though. In some of our hotter summer tourneys my partner and I have frozen some 2 liter bottles of water and put them on one side of the box while using the other side for the fish. That worked well for us anyway. We didnt lose a fish and ours were pretty lively when releasing compared to the others.Purchased new 5/4/15Bass Cat Sabre Vision EliteMercury Pro XS 150MotorGuide 75lb Tour EditionHumminbird – Stock (will be changing soon I hope)
