Lets see some pics of these issues so we can better gauge the severity of the situation. How off is the latch? how much peeling is the light doing? Was this the dealer’s fault or factory error? Did you bring it back and give the dealer an opportunity to fix it?

Limit Out Marine rigged my 2021 Cougar 203 and did an outstanding job, this is my second Cat from Limit Out and 5th overall. They are a dependable dealership, with an experienced crew. The issues listed, seem to me, to be really minor. My 2021 has the best overall quality of any Cat I’ve bought and the work Limit Out added to that was the best dealer performance I’ve had.

I have always had great service from Russ and Limit Out Marine. Great team with a ton of knowledge. I would never hesitate to bring my Eyra to them for anything. I am very interested to see if the OP will post pics of the issues. We need better context to gauge the real severity of these issues. Anyone can make allegations, but providing evidential proof is definitive.

My 2 cents,  Guys everyone has the right to screw up.  We all have, how we rectify the issue is what defines us.  Bass Cat has made a few errors on my boats, { have had many Bass Cats}, Bilge pump not seated properly and first time on the water back filled with water!  Bass Cat with dealer came through quickly.  Some other minor issues which I or my dealer Midwest Marine took care of.  Some people my not have the time or the ability to fix the issues or the time to take it to the dealer or another one.  Let me ask you , if you bought an 80K Tesla and some of the trim or gear shift was loose or paint was peeling off the back bumper panel I am sure you would not be happy with it and if the dealer did not fix it quickly you would probably be very unhappy.  Some of us have had many boats and are used to what I call the screw in items sometime need a bit of a tweak.  If you buy your lifetime boat and have not ordered one in many years you probably expect it in perfect condition just like your new car. The small things should have been done and if not taken care of quickly.  Bass Cat will resolve any issues the dealer can not.  I am sure of.   Remember everyone is different and expectation are different and he has the right to have his voice.  I would have repaired all the issues except for seat wear and not batted an eye but I am not him and he has a different and valid view point.

That is exactly why I asked for pics. Hard to judge the issues without seeing them. Seeing pics, we may be able to help fix the issues that the OP has raised. Coming over from 20 years owning Skeeters, these seem extremely minor compared to what I’ve dealt with, but we can put the issues into context without seeing them. Also, what I deem minor may be major to some people. Each person will have their own opinion.
