Thanks Scubaman. Would you recommend the side mount over the sandwich plate? I figure thats easier than unbolting and hanging the engine for sandwich plate installation. Im also not sure I want the pole height/location to be moving with the jackplate. I would think measuring everything out and locating the poles where you want them by side-mounting them would be preferred….
