Ok, I was able to check the batteries with a volt meter and all 3 batteries are showing 12.50-12.75 with the battery charger unplugged, which would be a full charge I assume. When I plug in the battery charger there is no change on the volt meter with the batteries. So I assume I have a bad battery charger because the battery charger lights never show that the charge is full on two of the banks. Bank 1 will flash red forever until the charger is unplugged. Bank 2 will flash red sometimes and sometimes it will not show a light at all. Bank 3 is the only one that will show a green light showing fully charged.
