Thanks for the kind words and warm welcome. This boat is amazing, so much nicer than I had even hoped. Corky and his wife Mary made the deal even that much sweeter, as they are super nice folks, and took amazing care of the boat. I have always been a nut for keeping things clean, well maintained, and always polished and shiny. Buying a new one would be great but it is just not really in the cards for me, so I usually have a ton of work to do when I get something…..NOT THIS TIME!!!! Corky, Mary, my wife Sandy, and I had some good discussions and laughs about how anal Corky and I are about waxing and taking care of things, I believe I like this more than fishing!!I tried the boat out for the first time yesterday just for a little run, and WOW, this thing is so cool!! It will definitely take a little while to really learn how to drive it fast, but it sure handles great at a little slower speeds. It will also take me a while to figure out the fish finders, livewell system, etc, but I am beginning to get a handle on them. This is the kind of boat that you dont want touching any docks, so it was a little hard as my son is just recovering from ACL reconstructive surgery, so it was like I was by myself. And after that, she got her first washing and wiping down from her new owner. It was in such good condition, that it only took me 2-1/2 hours, LOL. The boat was real easy, most of the time was spent around cleaning the jackplate and tilt / trim area (I found that a little elbow grease and WD-40 did a great job in this area).I have been wanting a Bass Cat for a while now, and I just cant believe that I actually own one. There arent a bunch of them in this area, and that is the coolest thing about it!! I am not used to so many people staring in my direction!! Seems like everyone has a great comment about it. Now, I just cant wait to really FISH out of it.Again, I just cant say enough about Corky and Mary…I feel like I have made a couple new friends.Rich
