I have one – 1975 – DLX Tournament 16′ – HN BASA00770975 –

sitting on its original Lunker trailer serial number 101 –

replaced the original 85hp Merc with a 1979 100hp Johnson in 1995

I replaced the carpeting – and did some mods to the interior layout in 1995

still has the original seats in perfect condition –

Unfortunately the 100 is over the horsepower rating.

NOPE – according to the capacity plate – the max horsepower rating is 140hp –

fully loaded with 3 group-31 batteries – 2 adults – empty livewell –

I hit 44mph – both on the speedo and GPS –

it’s all tucked in under its blanket in the garage for the winter –

but here are a couple old pics –

first one is shortly after I got it – before any mods –

notice the cone on the front deck – that was the seat post – and the rear seat post was fixed in place –

 

second pic is several years later – replaced the motor – modified the front deck – new carpeting
