The motor has ridiculous MPG, I mean off the charts. I will verify RPMs this weekend. Closest Cat dealer is Camp and Cruise.

OK 5400 RPM with 23P Trophy plus…54-55 mph with tourney load…but may have made gas today, I swear.

Well, If I am not mistaken, they are made right next door to the Cat factory. Their hull design is a bit old style, but I have been told it has a very good ride. With that said, everyone knows, when they are sitting in that back cut, and that familiar sound is heard, ” here comes a CAT”. They have the best ride, are the best built, and the best backed boat on the market. I had a 93 PII that Id put up against anybodys 2011 19 bass boat for ride quality, handling, speed, and for that matter, finish.

I would think a 25P Tempest Plus. I ran my PII with that Prop on a 3.0L Mercury 200EFI. She turned it in the heat of Summer to 5850 RPM with GPS Speeds @ 73.4 with a hefty load and 71.2 with lievewells full and 5700 RPM. The holeshot was very good.
