Thanks guys, Were looking forward to a great event, hope yall can come down and fish ! Should be prime time @ Dardanelle, and will have many family oriented activities on saturday at the state park, so please plan on bringing the family for the weekend ! Thank You BassCat ! Doug.
A VERY well deserved award, Congratulations to the entire staff @ BCB, and to the entire BassCat “Family”, The Pierces, the BCB owners, and the entire network of dealers, through who’s efforts have given new meaning to customer service and customer satisfaction ! The entire team effort, focused on quality, pride of ownership, etc,,,,enhanced also by the Pro staff and their individual efforts, all have made Bass Cat #1 in a field of strong competitors. Also kudo’s to Mercury for their award, and their continued commitment to a strong family business which has exemplified their leadership role in the bass boat market ! Again, We all knew who was #1, It just took some time for the rest of the market to figure it out ! Congratulations. D.
JWT,,,,The P4 is a “different breed of cat”, and will pretty much run any prop you wanna try on it as Phil and I determined last weekend,,,,We settled on a 26p Trophy for overall performance,(Phil really wanted to run a 25p but none were available) and especially carrying the load i carry(both in tackle, and belly),,,,,,, the lift was much better with a much better feel for the rough water, and the engine seems to breathe better, and seems to make horsepower instead of just rpms,,,,,,the Tempest i was running was also a 26p, but seemed to have too much slip @ top end,,,,,,i had alot of help with my set-up with Phil there,,,,and he lowered the engine probably 3/8″ below flush on the plates and helped the torque on the Tempest,,,,,but we both liked the boat better with the Trophy on it, and i can now bump the trim down and drive the boat like youre supposed to be able to,,,,good luck, D.
The P4 livewell is only separated by a vented divider isnt it ? So i dont think you will help balance the boat that way,,,,,the saddle tanks also equalize, so that wont work either ! So do like i do, Go fishin ! I am also as Rick would say a “heavier” angler ! Good luck, D.
When you drill them out a little put a small amount of vaseline on the seatpost, as it will help prevent corrosion, and sticking ! D.
Not sure, will have to see one with the steps, etc,,,, But think i will want one, Candy Apple, pole, steps, etc,,, UPDATE<<<< YES i want one, with pole, step, etc,,,,,Candy apple, Thanks Rick.
This is a really great looking, and VERY well cared for rig. I spent some time with the owners a few weeks ago and it didnt come outta the water without them wiping the entire rig down, then covered at nite,,,,,,great rig and owners, cant beat that ! I think this is the boat that inspired P.A. to order his colors, both total knockouts. D.
Congratulations, To both BCB and Mike Iaconelli ! Tell Mike i will see him about fishing at the private lake hes building his house on in Jersey ! See if he remembers the invite ! Wish BCB and Mike Iaconelli all the best, as all of the family will, and Welcome Mike, I hope you like a big family, cause you sure got one now !!! WHAT A CHRISTMAS PRESENT !!! Doug Swann
CONGRATULATIONS BCB ! No surprise to us here, but sure am proud of you and all your employees at the plant, and all the dealers. Tis a combined effort, and you all deserve congratulations. Keep up the good work, Doug.
