Great post. Answered a lot of my questions. You should make this a sticky so it stays up top. Thanks for taking the time to spell it out!

Funny you bring this up. I was just looking at this last night on my 06 sabre 150xr6. I cant believe how well it handles the oil consumption. On my 93 Champion Rude 175 it seemed I went through twice as much oil as I do on this 150 XR6. It is great, not only on oil but fuel also. I am glad I went with the 150 instead of the 175.

Just a quick question on this. From the pictures I have seen there are two steps, will we be able to get both or just the one at the trailer?

Dweller, either or and the small tube mounted step will be deleted on the bolt on. There are actually 3 steps, of which two will be on the bolt kit.

It becomes a habit. Once you get the hang of it, its not an issue at all.

I had this happen once also for me. Forgot to turn off the pump in until I stepped down into a puddle at the floor of the boat. Never happened again, as I am aware of how things are supposed to work now. I learned two things that day. One, dont over fill the livewells. Two, keep your bilge pump on auto.

I like the covers and bouy holder placement. Is that a new location for the GPS antenna also? Speakers in the seat are sweet also. No more cutting.

More capacity for livewells? Is that possible?

When yall start hitting the 116 + give me a call. We have had 27 days this summer of 110 + degrees and we still have a month and half to go. Man, I hate the summers here. Been here 25+ years, and still hate it.Jason Desertdweller.com Get Your Bass in the Boat!

I havent read anything lately regarding problems with switches going out. Also, I think the Mike incident you speak of was in a different boat than BassCat, and I think he just forgot to flip the switches or something. Dont really recall.Jason Desertdweller.com Get Your Bass in the Boat!

lol, thats great! Instead of hiding from the wife, you need to ask her “Hey! where were you on the boat thing? You are supposed to have my back!” See where that gets you. To make it more readable, just hit enter a couple times after a few sentences to start a new paragraph. It will put a few blank spaces inbetween paragraphs.Jason Desertdweller.com Get Your Bass in the Boat!
