    THE MASTER CYLINDER HAS NOT LOST ANY FLUID THE BRAKES JUST QUIT WORKING I BLED THE BRAKES THE WAY THE MANUAL SAYS WITH A SCREWDRIVER PUMPING THE ACTUATOR AND NO FLUID TO CALIPER WHEN YOU PUMP THEM YOU CAN SEE THE FLUID IN MASTER CYLINDER GO DOWN FOR A SECOND AND THEN IT FILLS RIGHT BACK UP EVEN WITH THE ACTUATOR DEPRESSED.

    THE FLEXIBLE HOSE THAT GOES FROM THE FRAME OVER TO THE T ON THE REAR AXLE WAS STOPPED UP I COULD NOT BLOW THROUGH IT WITH 150 LBS OF AIR PRESSURE EITHER DIRECTION REPLACED HOSE FLUSHED ALL OLD FLUID FROM THE SYSTEM REFILLED AND BLED BRAKES WORKING GOOD AS NEW NOW WISH I COULD SAY AS MUCH FOR THE ENGINE JUST GOT POWERHEAD REPLACED RAN 5 MINUTES AND AIR COMPRESSOR WENT OUT. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP ON THE BRAKES.

    I ALSO HAVE THAT NOISE 225 OPTI HAVE JUST HAD POWER HEAD REPLACED HAD THE NOISE BEFORE AND AFTER I TOOK THAT IT WAS THE FUEL INJECTORS.

    I HAVE CHECKED WIRE CONNECTIONS IN FRONT COVER BATTERY VOLTAGE AT BATTERY 12.43 VOLTAGE AT FRONT COVER 12.38 WHEN I TURN ON BOTH GPS UNITS VOTAGE AT BATTERY 12.39 VOLTS AT FRONT 11.98 WHEN I TURN KEY TO START VOLTS DROP TO 10.04 AT BATTERY AND 9.8 AT FRONT.Last edited by jigfish on November 25th, 2009, 12:44 am, edited 1 time in total.
