Ive waited a long time for this and a while longer wont matter. Its kind of like waiting for Christmas Morning, only better!!!!!
This is one of the reasons I look forward to becoming one of the “family”. You can ask a question and immediately get good info. Thanks guys.
Thank you for your service to our nation. Take care.
Thanks for the offer mike, but I want a personalized one and was wondering if I could get a windshield wrapped at the factory and shipped to me.
Thanks guys. I looked at it closer in the shop last night. They arent as bad as I first thought. The head wrench down at my dealer does some paint and repair work. Ill have him look at it.
Ward, is the magic eraser the Mr. Clean pad ? Thanks
Dale Hollow Friday and Saturday. Had 8 smallies total, biggest about 19″, a spot and a fat LM. Oh yeah came out second best to a steel cable.
Thanks Ward. Picked up a four pack of the erasers and tried one out when I got home. Worked great. Barely can see them unless you get the light on them at a certain angle. Talked to my mechanic down at the dealer. He has buffer, polish and said he could finish touching it up on Wednesday. Then back to Dale Hollow. Smallie times a coming. Thanks again to everyone that responded.John R.
Neat tip. Now if I could get to that point Id try it. I have the standard beadlock wheels on my 2012 Cougar. I spent the weekend cleaning and waxing the boat. I decided to work on the wheels and picked up a bottle of Mothers liquid polish. It said it was safe for all metals and even glass. Stopped by my dealer and the head wrench said those wheels were clear coated and not to use it. He said just wax them with the same wax I used on the boat. So can anyone tell me what works best for these type wheels? My wife thinks I spend too much time in the garage with the boat.
Merry Christmas to everyone in the Family. May the the new year be filled with good health and lots of largeheads and smalljaws for you!!!!
A very Merry Christmas to all the folks at BCB and everyone in the Family !!!!!!!!!!!!
Welcome aboard. Merry Christmas. Thats a .great looking rig you got there. Lots of folks on here that will be happy to help answer your questions. The folks at BCB set the standard in customer service. You wont find a better bunch of folks anywhere. Welcome to the “Family”.
Cograts and welcome to the Family. I ran Stratos for 15 years. The Cat is a different critter. My Cougar/250 Pro XS doesnt lift like the Stratos, But when I glance down at the GPS, I see it doesnt have to!!!!!
Ill try and answer some of your questions. Both of your units wont be hooked to the same transducer. You should have a ss transducer mounted on the transom and a regular transducer mounted inside the bilge for regular sonar. These two should provide info for your console unit. Your front units transducer is mounted inside the hull up front. In order to network the units you will need a ethernet cable connected from your ss module to your bow unit. I ordered my Cougar with an HDS 8 in console and a HDS 7 on bow, networked and they have worked flawlessly. I would suggest getting a transducer mounted on the trolling motor and unhook the inhull up front. Hope this helps and I did not confuse even more. Welcome to the family !!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks guys, Ill try again today and if it doesnt work Ill see what the guys on BBC have to say.
