I also have a 1994 Eyra with a 1994 Johnson 150 Fast Strike. When I got it, it was all original and had always been garage kept. For obvious reasons (19 years) it has needed updated. I replaced the old 12v Johnson trolling motor with a new 24v Minn Kota. I replaced both of the old graphs with new Lowrance, (X Series at the front) (HDS 5 at console). I have replaced all old decals with new domed style. I have also replaced all lid shocks. I replaced all of the old D Ring style latches with the new Perko locks and latches. I pulled the two big hinges off the back deck and put on a piano hinge. I replaced the old style steering wheel with the new Basscat 2012 style steering wheel. I pulled the old seats and had Basscat make me the new 2012 style bucket seats. I re-carpeted the whole boat including inside all the boxes and under the seats. The old carpet was red and I went with Basscat 24oz Ash. I replaced the old black plastic cup holders with new stainless steel cup holders. I am having a flipping deck built for it now. All I will have left to do is new bunks and carpet the bunks. I am very pleased with this boat and how it has turned out. I know you are going to love your boat also.
