Thanks for the replies. The problem isn’t with my insurance company. I didn’t file a claim through them. The claim was filed with the at fault driver’s insurance company. I am just hoping to get back on the road without spending too much of my money due to his poor driving. Would be appreciate any insight on that scenario if anyone else has been through it.
