Ive owned 4 SHOs, 3 250s and a 200, and I loved them all and would rather have a Yamaha but I think a 3.4 175 might be a heck of a motor for a Sabre.

I have been thinking hard about re-powering my Sabre FTD as well. After 15 years of owning bass boats that would run over 80, the only thing I dislike about my Sabre is the lack of speed. I am thinking with some tweaking, I could get the Sabre with the new 3.4 175 to run over 70 everyday.
