Thanks for the input guys, I really appreciate it. As for value, yes, thats my main concern. My goal is not necessarily to “flip” it per se, but I dont want to lose my ass on it if I ever need to sell it. It really looks like a nice rig, Im just really scared about that old Evinrude. I wish it were easy to find a good used XR6 or even a Mariner, haha. And about that Classic for $11,500, I agree it looks like a good deal. However, its a little out of my price range. I might give him a call and see how firm he is though. Anyways, thanks again for the input guys, much appreciated. This is a great forum!
