Ive got a 95 pantera II also, and mine started the same problems with the areators. I checked all the ground and hot wires. I called Basscat and talked with a guy named Bobby, I think, and he walked me through several things to try. Finally I decided to go with the new dash. With Bobbys help over the phone I got it in and I havent another problem since. I think it would be in your best interest to go ahead and get a new dash.
