From what I am hearing from most, a 24 or 25 Fury is the prop to run. I would assume those responses I am getting of mid 70s are those who are driving their boats through the chine walking. Should I expect another mph or two from the ProXs vs. the opti?

Nothing against these two great teams, but the BCS committee should have never paired these two together. What will each prove by beating the other? Match them up with a major BCS school in the bowl and see what they have. Maybe they will get derailed like Cincinnati or shine like Boise St. did against OU. A win by either school only makes a perfect season and not really a major victory (I know… with the exception of Boise St. beating Oregon this year). By the way..Boise is not a state!

I run a 26 Fury on my 2010 PII with the ProXS 200.Full Tourney load with two people and water in livewells 72-73 mph. By myself, I run 75-76. The only adjustment that I have made was raising the motor about 3/4″ above factory setting. The boat will chine, but I reached these numbers once I learned to drive through the chine.
