    I tried the solvents but had to get a plastic scraper that automobile glass installers use it scraped it off and does not hurt the boat.Tim

    Mike, I dont remember any rear latch just undo the front latch and push back Good to hear this is the first time cowling has to come off. I had to have a new block on my 225 proxs with just 115 hours Tim Rawls 870 995 2518

    had same problem on a 94 mariner mag efi My battery leads were badly corroded, put new leads I think #6 lead wire size and fixed problem of course after buying new battery Tim
