I did see the quick release mounts on the site. I question that the slide is strong enough to extend out for use in a open position.

The problem with the Terrova series is that the base is so short, by the time you get it out far enough to clear you have 2 of the 6 mounting holes over the boat and the next two so close I doubt you can get to them.

Thought about that, even bought one to look it over. Decided to custom fab the bracket instead. I will post up pictures and the reasoning behind my decisions. Thanks
