Need help

A rig levels the playing field for ordinary fisherman. Never have I seen fish hit a lure so hard. For 2 days that is all I have thrown. If I were a lure manufacturer, rod builder, line maker, I would be worried. Other than fishing heavy cover who needs anything else. Takes the guess work out of what to throw. I dont know what I think about this deal. I will say there are more fish in the lakes than I thought. The fish are just lazy and only eat when they can gorge or they simply hate the thing. golfen.

I thought about that but hopefully I will have 20lbs of saugers in there with them so that will make it too much of a challenge to scoop them. Plus that channel where the divider is will be the popular hangout for them. It is my last resort. I was thinking of putting a cooler in the front compartment with a battery powered oxygenator. Finding the right sized cooler is the problem. This is the only time I wished I had bought the Cougar instead.

Ok, my boat is in storage. Two great ideas there, I appreciate it. Can someone with a Puma FTD measure the large middle front compartment and see what the length, width and height is on one side? I am talking about the compartment that has the angled divider (where the net handle is). I want to see if one of these bait containers will fit inside. Not sure of the opening on your boat, but what about a Minnow trap? Or a plastic ice cream (sherbert) tub with lid and with several holes all around the sides?
