Thanks for the responses. I also realized that the counter board most likely would fit underneat the livewell lid. So I have seen guys install them under their larger tackle storage compartments underneath that lid. But again, there is insulation. I may just purchase it and not mount it right away and see how I like it just lose in storage. Still seems to serve the same purpose.
