    The only lake you have to really worry about the speed limit is Diamond Valley, they will give you a ticket. While Lake Murray and Lake Miramar have a 5mph speed limit, El Cap, Otay, Sutherland, San V and Hodges are always wide open.

    I had that happen to me once, lost a bunch of baits and it really sucked.It was caused on a rainy day when moisture got inside of several boxes. When they dried out in the heat this happened to about 50 baits….Lesson learned, when moisture gets inside your planos, you need to open the lids and let them dry out so they dont bake in an enclosed humid oven!

    When I mounted mine, I used industrial velcro. I covered the back of the entire unit and stuck it on the transom. 9 years later, still there with no screw ever installed and it hasnt slipped off once!
