Thanks for the help. Very informative info on the link.
First of all, good luck on your trip to Choke. Choke can be a fun lake for you or dissapoint you. Finding the fish can be tough at times but once you find them, look out! I have caught two over 10 lbs out of there. One of my favorite areas is up Possum (north side of lake) before you get to the hwy 99 bridge there are two creeks on the right that merge together. This is a good area to check out. There is a lot of trees in the water so braid wouldnt be a bad idea. Hopefully by the time you go, the spawn may have began. This cold weather has really slowed down spawning activity in south Texas this year.Tight lines!Randy
Great looking boat! Mike Lott is awesome and helped me get into my Puma recently. I used to have a PII and loved it.Tight lines!Randy
My bank is already refunding my money. I am just too trusting I guess. After doing just a little bit of research on this company after my order didnt appear and everything seemed fishy, I found out they have been ripping people off for at least 2 years. Lesson learned for me, that is for sure!
A jig saw works great. Buy some good blades though and tape over the area you are going to cut so you dont scratch anything. I found a tupperware bowl that was the perfect size to use as a templet.Be extra careful cutting anywhere there could be wires/cables behind.
Thats awesome! Looking forward to the page.
How long ago did you place your order? My bank is telling me I have to give him 30 days before charges can be filed. Not sure how to get a refund from pay pal. Got to be phone number somewhere with them though??? Good luck!
Rayburn gets my vote!
The above mentioned company works under several different names. Could possibly be the same outfit. Your case is definately fraud. My case is I ordered from this guy so we have to give him 30 days first to deliver or refund the money. After reading about so many people getting ripped off by this guy, I am sure charges will be filed very soon and a trip to Georgia will probably be in near future.Last edited by Ecat on February 18th, 2010, 6:17 pm, edited 1 time in total.
I have the hds 8 mounted in my dash and it worked ok. I just networked an external antenna to the system and it seems to load info much faster now.
A Fury will come without a hub in it. You purchase the hub you need for your motor. This makes it so much easier for dealers since now they only have to carry the props in different pitches and then carry hubs for various motors. The hubs are simple to install and do not need pressing in like other props. The nice thing is, you can carry an extra hub with you and change it yourself very easily if you spin a hub.
There are several factors when choosing a different prop:Max rpmswater press @ WOTprop shaft measurement below padwater temp/air tempaltitudehole shot good/bad
Good info there! You might want to try a 24 Fury or maybe a 25. Should help your hole shot a lot. See if you can find someone close to you so you can try one first without buying.
Thanks Rusty! This is actually my second Bass Cat. I had a 1990 PII before. There is nothing like being in the family though.
It sounds like you are tripping the in-line circuit breaker. Once it cools off, it will reset its self. Some type have to be manually reset. Yours may just be getting week.
