Im thinking about it. Now i just need to do it.
I use the Falcon Cara Head Turner. It is light enough to flip with all day, but has the back bone to move them out of the junk. It should be in your price range also.
check out http://www.bbrvs.com they have a few on there that seem to be in pretty good condition.
