You can reach it from the accessory panel. Its a tight fit, but I got it. I shed a little in the process but now its fixed. I hope you neved have that problem. Thanks

Thanks so far everything seems to going good, and they are acting fast on getting me back on the water. I have carried the boat to my local Basscat dealer Regal Marine, and they adjust is scheduled to be there Thursday morning to look at it.
Thanks for the replies. The motor was checked out by the shop compression checked, trying to find all they could wrong with, it was an insurance claim. They are saying that the ratio of the lower unit may have changed.
Thanks for the input guys. I am not in real hurry to sell it. If the right buyer comes along than it can have a new home. If not I will fish out of it and enjoy owning it.
