No idea.  That’s just where the transducer from the 898 that was on there was at.

I put it on port just because there’s 2 holes already drilled and tapped on that side but none on the starboard. Not sure I trust myself drilling into the jackplate and tapping the holes but I guess if that’s what’s gotta happen then so be it.

As far as angles I’d I place a level on the transducer it’s completely level. That’s what I’m looking for right? And yes it’s a g3n mega si transducer.

What prop would you recommend?  And ptp would be a good starting place?

So any recommendations on where to start with prop to pad?  This is my first bass boat and I’m still learning all the technicalities.
