Thanks Kent, Man was it cold in the morning but thats when I caught all the fish. I caught the 5.4lbs. 15 minutes into the day. All I can say is I love my Eyra, its been on the big waters of Lake Erie, Table Rock and Lake St. Clair fishing the BASS Opens and has provided me with a great ride and the reliability that you need when fishing bodies of water like that. Thanks again BassCat for making a great boat and your customer service is second to none.

Another great product that I have seen is a Towtector, It is made out of a brush type material that mounts on the ball mount and goes across the back of your tow vehicle. They are made in America in Elk Point South Dakota. http://www.towtector.com/

I really think the Hydrowave works great on lakes that have shad and other forms of big school bait like herring, alewives, etc. Now up here in Minnesota most lakes have sunfish and perch as the primary baitfish and the Hydrowave as far as I know does not have sunfish and perch sounds available yet. But whenever I go south to fish a tournament most of the reservoirs have shad in them and this thing can fire up the bass and at times will keep the bass schooled up on top longer then normal which allows a greater period to catch bass.

I might add another strap on the right back slide but Ill have to see if it moves at all. I do have a small piece of Velcro on the bottom that tightens up the corner and also allows the corner of the 1197 to slide easier into the cover that I change from the first one I made. This is the second one Ive made, the next one Ill add a leather pull strap on that same corner with the Velcro just to hide the Velcro and clean it up. I put a leather strap as a pull tab on the bottom(you can see it on the right looking at the face) and seems to work great. I wil be working on making two for my buddy that has a Lowrance HDS 10 and 8 so when I finish those Ill post a picture on here.

So I would be able to get a 17 or 18″ wheel and have it fit my trailer? Im assuming the 75r15 means I have 15″ wheels or is that for the tire size. The reason is that Im swapping a few guide trips for wheels and they dont have the wheels that would fit the tires I have now but if I can go to a 17″ or 18″ wheels they might have wheels that fit. I need new tires anyways so I can get those if need be. Thanks, Jason

Ive been using a Towtector for the last two years and it really helps with the rock chips. I love it and they are American made in South Dakota. http://www.towtector.com/

The boat is located in Tonka Bay Minnesota, just outside of Minneapolis. Top end speed is 74 mph and with two guys and a tournament load about 70 mph.
