I was up there fishing that one with my new Puma and have to say that I was impressed with how nice it rode in that rough water and wish I had made the run down south where I had some nice fish. That place is just plain ugly when the wind blows either north or south. Met Schodackbassman down in Ti since he has the same colors as mine I had to stop and say hello.It was nice meeting you and seeing all those nice Basscats up there!

Tried turtle wax ICE this summer and cant believe that the water is still beading off my truck 6 months later. I have put it on the boat and it has held up very well there also. But after reading might give some of the others a try just to compare.

I tried it last fall before the smallies went into winter mode and got a bunch of fish but nothing huge. I mostly used them in a river so fishing were not very deep maybe 8 tops. Very small hooks so you really need to take it easy when you do get a fish on and I was surprised at how fast the baits sink. I will give them a better test this summer in some of the deeper lakes when things get tough right around late Aug to early sept.

Here is what I used to mount my 1199 on my bow of my Puma http://www.garelick.com/Toggler-Brand-S … lt-Anchorsworks like a charm and you dont need a access hole and the plastic holds the toogle in place even when you remove the bolts.
