Basstar thanks for the advice. I know I can count on the other owners here for some great advice. I was thinking the smaller plugs were probably the way to go but it never hurts to get others advice on here.

Thanks to all of you for the great information. It appears I just need to do some experimentation to see what works best on my particular setup. I will give the plugs and a blow out ring a try and let you guys know how it goes.

Just completed mine and put it in the mail. Definitely fun giving something you really believe in high marks. Keep up the good work BassCat! We appreciate the fine boats you build and the great way you back them.

That is definitely one sweet ride. I have already got to see this boat and it even looks better in person. I was really impressed with the new Cougar FTD layout. I have some serious thinking to do concerning if my 2008 will be another Puma or a Cougar FTD now. I am sort of partial to red and silver myself so the color scheme definitely looked great in my opinion. Chris good luck with the break in and I hope you and the little man catch them tomorrow and break that new Kitty Cat in right. I know you both are looking forward to getting out in it.

Phil, Thanks for building the page for my boat and the service you do for us who have a boat for sale. This is just another example of why Bass Cat is the best!

Basstar, Here is a link to a printable log page that I have used. http://bassresource.com/fish/fishing_log.html I made photocopies of the one I printed out. Then after a day on the water I fill out the information and store these in a 3 ring binder. I hope this might be of some help.

Congrats to the Banks family. I only hope he looks and acts like his mom! Seriously that is great news for a great couple who I am lucky enough to call friends. I hope all are doing well.

cmegee the lighted handrails are larger than the stainless rails on your classic. Im not sure if you could modify your boat for an install or not. Im sure someone with more knowledge than I will be along soon and give you the ins and outs on this. Todd Witt

I would start at the battery connections. Lots of time that is where the problem lies.

Danny, BassCat offers some really nice tournament jerseys in their lineup. You can view those on the clothing link here on their website. If you are thinking of one of the new sublimated dyed custom jerseys, I recommend Gemini Sport Marketing. I have a couple of jerseys from them. Prices will vary some according to what you order but I think you are talking in the neighborhood of $125 each for their jerseys. You can view lots of samples of jerseys they have made on their website. Here is a link to their sublimated shirt gallery: http://www.geminisportmarketing.com/alb … um=samples One of mine is pictured on page 17 of this gallery. I hope this helps! Todd Witt

Danny, I dont think they have neck styles on their website. I would suggest giving them a call. I do however know they offer several different neck styles. Im pretty sure they have whatever style anyone would want. Todd Witt

rjl1975, The first thing I would check is this: Take your cowling off the engine. Look for a small oil reservoir that is attatched to the engine. This should be completely full of oil. If it isnt full of oil that may be the reason for your sensors going off. If it isnt full of oil you will need to crank your engine on a hose or in the lake and then take the small cap off that small reservoir under the cowling. The oil will start filling this up. When it gets full put the cap back on the reservoir. Be ready to put the cap back on quickly in order not to allow oil to spill onto your engine parts. I have seen this as the culprit many times. I hope this helps. Todd Witt Corinth, MS

TexCaboCat thanks for the compliment on my boat. I really like the colors of it also. I hated to wrap such a great looking boat. This boat is still like new. Whoever buys it will be getting one awesome rig! Todd WittLast edited by Todd Witt on March 17th, 2008, 3:57 pm, edited 23 times in total.

Yea there is about to be a little girl who will have her daddy wrapped around her little finger. There will definitely be more lap and arm space occupied. I know the Brown family is looking forward to their new addition!
