Yes the problem still happens with the shift lever all the way forward good thought though. Gary was the “communication lost” related or a separate problem? I have an appointment to get boat looked at in a couple of weeks. My main concern would be could the communication lost cause a problem with the boat starting and running I would like to use it between now and then.

I had the same problem had to replace the switch.

I tried unplugging it before I did that there was no temp on the display and the depth showed 1300ft. After unplugging it the temp showed on the display and the depth showed less then a foot which is what it normally displays in the garage. I wont be able to put in the lake for a couple days to know if it is working properly for sure. I will post the results after I do that Thank You for the help.

Ok so I got out on the water today and I now have depth and temp. However when I get up on plane I loose the depth. I think I want to replace the 2d transducer I just need to know which one to order from Hummingbird. If anyone can tell me that would be great. Thanks in advance.
