Thanks for the information. Your right, my bad, now that I took the time to read all the information about the boats I see that they have the same hull and the main diffierence is in the front layout and the compartments. I need to figure out which layout I like better, then decide if I am going to buy new or used prostaff boat. Decisions, decisions, decisions!

Im in for a Basscat on the river day! I am already looking for excuses to take the boat out and go fishing again. Next month I am off to Clear Lake for another TOC and we will see what conditions that lake decides to throw at us. I will get some pictures up as soon as I figure out how to upload them to this site.

Yep, silver side Puma with black bottom and black/red cap. Sucks about the lower unit, I saw that boat the first day. Its amazing how you forget when a Skeeter or Ranger goes by, but you remember when a Basscat goes by! Next year lets plan a early or late September or early October Basscat get together somewhere on the river. Meet up, swap lies, barbeque some food and catch some smallmouth!

The only reason it is for sale is because I took the leap and bought a 2010 Puma FTD which I love! It is a great boat and with the warranty on the motor a great deal for somebody who wants a boat ready to fish. I have spent alot of time upgrading this boat with new Basscat bucket seats, cover, new dash contral pad etc. You know its a great product if you buy new and stay with the same company! This boat is still for sale, but I have a hold check that is supposed to be in the mail until the boat can be seen in person.

Is there usually a cut off/prefish period for the OI?

Thinking of coming for the first time and trying to plan travel/timing accurately since we have never been on that lake before and we are on the west coast.  Thanks in advance!
