My P2 is running 73 mph @ 6000 rpm with 2 guys , full load ,half tank fuel and live wells empty.. 23P 3blade Fury.. 3 1/4″ PTP.. I’m seriously happy with the boat.. will order a trophy 23 for rough water running..

Thanks for the comments Mudbug 169.  You are doing good with the Fury 3.  When you get the 23 Trophy + you might enjoy driving with it  more than the Fury because it just “feels better” for an all around driving experience.   Enjoy your beautiful P2.

Have and update on my P2..

The Tempest prop is the deal.. mid range and top end are outstanding!! Easy to drive wide open ..It lays up and roles !!

25p Tempest

-2 men @ 380 lbs total weight

-3/4 tank of full

-Full tournament load

-live wells empty

-ultrex trolling motor up front

– PTP is 2 3/4”

-5900 rpm

-74 mph

its going run over 75 mph all day long by myself … Can’t wait to run it again..

it has vent slots not holes ..it’s a older A45 Tempest..it’s been passed around the family for awhile now..

The Tempest are bow lift supremes..with all the weight we put on the nose of our boats now..it only made sense to run that prop..ultrex weighs around 80-85 lbs without a 360 and mega live attached to it..

You’ll love the mid range and top end performance..

hole shot is definitely slower than the Trophy and Fury but hands better after that…

Load heavy tackle behind your seats..and set your PTP @ 3” with that Fury 23P 3 blade..

Dont fill the pony tank unless your making seriously long runs either..that’s just extra weight you really don’t need to add..

My P2 is running 74 mph consistently by myself  with all my gear and 33 gallons of fuel. With the Fury 23P 3 blade..
