I contacted Mercury and told them what I had and they said it was the temp. sensor and Im now waiting for part . Will let you know outcome. Anyone who ignores those warning beeps especially a constant one is asking for trouble. I had a earlier alarm which told me my oil tank on engine was not filling so I listen very carefully now.
Sorry about that, i did not ask the question correctly. The only way i see to get to the pump is over the top of the tank, my arm is not that skinney. Thank you.
I have a 13 3/4 x 24- 4 blade stainless, never used and bought it for back -up Yamaha 225 hp sho, Merc man now. Unknown brand name but never used, make an offer. Thank you, Tom
Running a Powertech 25 pitch 4 blade on 225 hp and it takes it out of the hole like a rocket. You lose 1,000 rpms at top end but it i think that is fine for the engine.
