There were 2 or 3 listed on bassboatcentral in the $400-$450 range. Just got my 26 fury 2 monthss old like new for $375 that included free shipping and the yamaha hub kit off of ebay so I think I did pretty good

I just sold a used 25 for 400 on BBC and another member sold his for 375 I believe. Id say either were as good as new. If you just have to get a new one Id buy it from a Cat dealer. I dont recall the folks from Jacos coming over to help us out recently. Support your dealers, itll save you money in the long run.

You can save $50 to $75 in a large volume dealer, though John has given good advice and when the dealer you love locally is in jeopardy we all suffer. We dont dislike Jerry and Ms Barbara at Jacos, though do try to stay with the dealer that you us first. The probably cant match Jaco, though they will get close. Thanks JohnM17!

I have 225 ho, with .L2 , I have 26 R2 ,and lost about 400 rpm when I replaced org lower unit. My dealer checked everything , suggested 25 fury
