I have found the rubber strap it was broken in half, I will get it replaced and see if that helps. As far as the glove box I believe it is the BCB plate on the front the latch is attached to, it seems loose Ill have it adjusted when I get the new rubber band. Thanks for the help!

Hi Kent, I guess you would live in my district (lol) Give me a shout, I dont live to far from the twin cities and would be glad to help you out. I will be away from my computer the rest of the day so if you can PM Doug McGee and he can get you my cell Phone # as well. Seriously Phil, that doesnt make much sense to have them face sideways and slide around?? Here is a pic I saw that made me think this was the way they were supposed to go …..its only at the top that they wont fit they fit the bottom just fine!. LMAO……gota love that problem. I used 3m double sided tape and a zip tie to fasten a household pot holder hanger to the …clip (supplied by BassCat) to the top of it and just clip the keys on that.

I understand the frustration, but you can not take the word of a dealer as gospel. My sugestion would be to contact motorguide directly (or at least a supercenter first) one of the best in the country is Motor Clinic in Bloomngton MN ask for Mark and tell him Denny sent you 952-881-0898, if you cant get help from BCB and explain it to him. Warranty covers shipping as well and Im pretty sure he will get you taken care of. I had that happen a few years ago and it was all covered under warranty so dont sweat it to bad. If you still get nowhere send me an email and Ill see what I can get done! I also may be able to come up with a spare you could run if it takes a long time. bigbass225@yahoo.com Denny

I have a stilleto 2 and installed the cradle in the drivesrs side rod locker against the console side, and ran the power cord under the console and pluged it in the supplied cig lighter. I also screwed down a small painted steel (powder coated) plate right behind the drivers seat in that little space between the seat and rear compartment for the antenna. It works great and have never lost signal in 2 diffrent BCBs. Tuck the wire in behind the seat and run through the drain hole next to the seat and back into the rod locker. Looks super clean and works great. Get the stilleto 2 because you can take it out of the boat and put it in the truck for the ride home. (besides its the best unit and Ive had 4 diff ones) It is the best for those long prefishing days by yourself and you can listen to the PACKERS any where in the country!!!
