Im trying to figure out how to route the wiring and everything. If its pre- wired great, if not I need to find where to exit from the recessed area to connect. Thanks, Dave

I have a Pantera Classic. 2006. 4 hours!(or less) 200hp. Merc Opti with warranty until 2012. This boat was first launched in November 2007. It has 2 Lowrance color meters, flippin deck, spare seats , single axle trailer, cover, motorguide tour edition trolling, battery charger. Its the same color package as the boat(cougar) on this bass cat web page- red and white. Was bought at Mossdale. 805 701 4074. $25000. In So. Cal.

I always use the full length transom saver that goes to the trailer. The weight of the bouncing engine is transferred to the frame of the trailer and isnt transferred 100% to the transom of your boat. The others only load the transom and the bracket.

Print- through of hull reinforcements always shows more in dark colors, and the laminate shrinks at different rates where theres secondary bonding of bulkheads and etc. too. To avoid this, when Bass Cat goes to all “pre-preg” epoxy boats, and then fairs each hull before gel coating theyll be perfect. Theyll also cost a “tad” more too. As a boat glassing lad myself, I can assure you that Bass Cat glass work is far superior to the other major production bass boats, which is why I just quit “Brand X” team to switch to Bass Cat team- pride in workmanship.

I use a lot of a product called “DeBond 2000”. It loosens polyurethane adhesives like 3M 5200. It works slower than they claim, but helps me remove bonded hull/ deck joints, and bonded hardware. Its available in many marine stores and online too. Best Luck
