Yea, I think some boat builders figure the wells full to overflowing plus how much is in the pump and the pipes plus 10 percent.
Personal opinion is: buy what you can get fixed anywhere. Tons and tons of Yammie and Merc dealers near and around most lakes. Not so with the other brands. Shame to miss a day or weekend of fishing when you need a 20 dollar part and a mechanic. been there.
Tommy at Rockwall made me do it. Honest. I was minding my own business, sitting in a chair in his office. Just chewin the fat. Known him a long time. Stuck a paper over his desk and said sign this. Me, nah, I did not read it figured he just wanted my autograph to sell on Ebay. Got home looked at the email and then pulled the paper out. Seems he sold me a 2021 Saber FTD. Honest honey, it was his fault.
Go to home depot or tractor supply. You can purchase a 1/4 inch hitch pin with a latch on it. couple of bucks and your secure.
Pro 175 4s
Properly rigged, these things run low to mid 60s.
Here is the build:
Worst problem is looking at mid to late Sept. Should fish real nice.
Since you have the 115 CT, I think you should try a 22 Tempest plus . Better prob than the laser. The CT will swing it easily.
dude! Dont pedal the boat like its a dragster. Nose drop, swim time.
The puck is merely a compass, used strictly for heading information. I personally have seen them mounted just about anywhere. However, if you really really really want to get technical with it, the following is how you would do it. (unlike mag compass in a airplane, there are no compensation screws)
Take a magnetic compass and you boat to a grassy area (no metal around). place the mag compass on the ground then with a string and wooden stake, align the center line of you boat with the string pulled from magnetic north keeping the compass at least 10 feet from your boat. Now, take the compass and set it various places on your boat. The spot where the compass remains aligned with the center line and does not deviate is where you want the puck. That being said, just put it where you want it. It does not make that much difference.
45 inch is more than enuff. 52 inch shafts were originally salt water lengths. 52 if your going to be on the great lakes or off shore in the big rollers. Dont know why you would want to be there. Everywhere else, 45 inches is perfect.
Do you have a 36 Volt charger? 12 V charger is not going to work. Also, balancing (both charging and discharging equally) the charging and use of the 2 batteries will not occur without separate connections and an isolation switch between the two batteries.
2 stroke? 4 stroke? prop to hull measurement. Average load?
Balance them all. I have no earthly idea where people get the idea you dont need to balance trailer tires. They are no different than you car. Take the balance weights off you car tires, then you will understand.
Perhaps the argumentative and sarcastic tone of your original post???????????????????????????????????????????????? Question marks, seriously? Its an easy thing to fix.
You claim to be a designer. I am not, but I can fix that in 15 minutes for 5 bucks.
