I have a 26 Fury on my 09 P II, with 200 Optimax. It is fantastic, it cruises 69 mph (GPS) at 5440 rpms.

I have a 26 on my P II w/ 200 Optimax. The boat runs 69 mph GPS at 5440 to 5460 rpm. To get above 5500 rpm you may want to look at a 25.

The fastest I have had the boat is 75 (GPS), full load on very good water.

You may want to look at the 24. I have a 25 (once I went and looked) Fury on a 200 Optimax, It is fantastic but I am not getting the RPMS recommended.

Premium Plus is acceptable for an OptiMax and does not effect the warranty. Academy Sports and Bass Pro are 19.99 a gallon in Tennessee.

The NAV will have the better mapping. Also register the unit and look for down loads, Hummingbird released a software upgrade last week to add HD downscan to the units. It took about 5 minutes to download the update to the PC, copy to SD chip and upgrade unit.

Coorection on spelling – NVB model. I have the 788 on the front and have the Interlink module to share the waypoints between the units.

Before you spend the money on the jack plate see if you dont get suggestions here. If you do not get any help (would be hard to belive) contact BCB direct.

GAPuma, I appreciate what you do, and I know others do also. Try not to have too much fun in the sand and sun. My brother is back, he said the fishing is lousy and he did not see any BCBs. Be careful.
