Thats a bummer. Thought i had read somewhere that some of the later models might have been all fbrglass. Thought that might be the diff in the two versions. See if BC chimes in on this one. Thanks

Well that was relatively easy fix. Checked back of plug with voltmeter and was getting 0 volts on the backup light terminal. On to checking all fuses on the truck. All were good. Bought a new plug since the old one was not locking in very well. Tried it and same result. Noticed that the old one was really dirty. Opened up the socket and sprayed with some brake cleaner. Bingo !! Dirty connectors. Wish i would have checked that First !!Thanks to all for the advice
